I called Rhino on a Friday morning and spoke with Jennifer, and by Monday at 8 a.m. we had someone at our house. From start to finish, the entire Rhino team was an absolute dream to work with. They truly handled everything. As someone who knows nothing about electricity, I was honestly nervous, but Jennifer, Jordan, and Justin were incredibly thorough and walked me through every step of the process. Our project required permits and inspections—which felt intimidating—but Rhino took care of all of it seamlessly. I was presented with several options to meet our needs, with different budget options, and did not feel pressured or persuaded to make a certain decision. Jordan was able to answer any questions and understood what my goal was. At the conclusion of the day, when the inspector came out, he said it was some of the finest work he had seen. Jordan, our technician, went above and beyond what was required to pass code, while still staying budget friendly! When we ran into issues with Entergy, Jennifer stepped in, made the calls, and had our power restored in under an hour. I am so grateful for the entire Rhino team and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Rhino did a fantastic job!! Very pleased with the quality of work, professionalism from the office & technicians, and the price. Great planning on their part- job was a scheduled shut down from Demco, permit, inspection, re-apply power, etc and without power for only approx 2 hours! Highly recommend.

Great Company. Very professional and neat. Picked up scrap materials at every work station before finishing the project. These guys after installation of light fixtures made sure installation was to satisfaction. Picked up materials at their lunch break. Can't say enough. Owner, Scott stopped by throughout the day to inspect progress before, during and end of the day. Top notch company that i would have no problem recommending!

I have used Rhino Electric Services twice and they have been amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and do great work! Very reasonably priced (I've done the comparisons!) and I feel much better after having them check everything. I live in an older home with some wiring issues and Scott and his team came in and made the necessary repairs and I am not having any more flickering, buzzing from outlets, or any other issues. I would highly recommend their services!

Rhino Electric helped me with two very different projects, and my experience in both cases was outstanding. The scheduling process is easy in that they have friendly, dedicated phone support. They are reliable in that they come when they say they will come, and they give advanced notice that they are on the way. Two different gentlemen have come out on the two occasions that I needed help, and both were wonderful. Both were calm, capable, and listened carefully. The most recent was Jordan. He was very helpful in that he proposed a creative "smart switch" solution that I would not have thought of on my own. I absolutely will call Rhino with any future electrical needs and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
